West Point, NY- The Marist College Women's Soccer team lost a 1-0 match to host Army today in West Point, NY

Kelly Schachtler scored on a header off a free kick in the 21st minute for Army.

Marist received nine saves from junior goalkeeper Mellanie Nai (Suffield, Conn.) while freshman forward Courtney Moore (Suffield, Conn.) led the Red Fox offense with three shots.

The Red Foxes will be home when they play again this Friday October 3rd against Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference opponent Manhattan. The game starts at 7:00 PM and will be the Red Foxes first under the lights at Leonidoff Field.
