Niagara, NY - The Marist College volleyball team traveled to Niagara and lost 3-0 (30-25, 30-24, 30-26) to the Purple Eagles on Saturday afternoon. The loss drops the Red Foxes to 9-17 on the season, and 3-3 in the MAAC.

Aline dos Santos (Sao Paulo, Brazil) led Marist with 17 kills and six digs on the day. Michelle Turley (Stevensville, MI) added 11 kills and nine digs, while Jennafer Espie (Rhinebeck, NY) did well defensively, tallying 10 digs.

Michelle LeSouder led Niagara (6-19, 2-2) with 16 kills. Micole Daluisio recorded 31 digs on the afternoon for the Purple Eagles.

The Red Foxes return to action on Sunday, October 27th, when they travel to Buffalo, NY to face Canisius at 2:00 p.m.
