Buffalo, NY - The Marist College volleyball team lost in three sets to Canisius on Sunday afternoon. The scores were 30-24, 30-16, and 30-17. The Red Foxes have lost three consecutive matches and are now 9-18 on the season, with a 3-4 record in the MAAC. Canisius improves their mark to 8-15, with a 4-1 MAAC record.

Aline dos Santos (Sao Paulo, Brazil) led the Red Foxes with nine kills and 10 digs. Courtney Pusko (Cheshire, CT) and Christina Brozek (Fair Lawn, NJ) hit the ball well, with nine and eight kills, respectively. Brozek had a hitting percentage of .500 for the match.

Kim Hoffman recorded 17 kills to lead the Golden Griffins. Jennifer DeBee also had a strong outing with 11 kills and a .667 hitting percentage.

The Red Foxes conclude the regular season with six consecutive home matches at the McCann Center, beginning with Fordham on Wednesday, October 30th, at 7:00 p.m.
