New Rochelle, NY - Marist College volleyball team dropped three games to Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference rival Iona tonight. The Red Foxes are 2-2 in MAAC opponent play as they head back to the Hudson Valley to host MAAC nemesis St. Peter's on Sunday.

The Red Foxes (10-17/2-2 MAAC) offense was led by freshman middle blocker Sally Hanson (Guerneville, CA/El Molino) with nine kills on the night. Senior middle blocker Christina Brozek (Fairlawn, NJ/Fairlawn) posted a team high .133 hitting percentage while collecting three block solos. Freshman outside hitter Stefanie Mikisch (Austin, TX/James Bowie) earned five kills and eight digs on the match.

Sophomore setter Meghan Cochrane (Placentia, CA/ El Dorado) chipped in 18 assists while classmate libero Katie Lux added 15 digs to the Red Fox defense.

Marist will take to the court once again on Sunday, October 19th when they host the Peahens at 1:00pm in the McCann center.
