Edison, NJ - Marist College contributed five names to the total 39 athletes whom comprise the 2003 New York Lottery Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Men's Cross Country All-Academic Team.

To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student must complete two semesters at their institution, be a significant starter or reserve and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.

Garnering the honors this year were: sophomore Andrea DiTrani (Staten Island, NY/St. John Villa), Athletic Training 3.59, sophomore Mackenzie Klump (Fayetteville, NY/Fayetteville-Manlius), Fine Arts-Studio 3.37, senior Cheryl Norris (Schenectady, NY/Guilderland), English/Writing 3.50, senior Jennifer Rosenblatt (Naugatuck, CT/Naugatuck), Biology 3.57, and finally sophomore Denise Tumulty (Rocky Point, NY/Rocky Point), Business Administration 3.50.
