Worcester, MA - Marist College delivered a continuous barrage of kills to defeat Holy Cross in three games during the final match of the Holy Cross Tournament. The Red Foxes finish the week 3-1 for a 5-9 season record.

The Red Foxes never trailed as they hit the court looking for their first consecutive win of the season. Marist would play a relentless offense and defense collecting a team high 64 kills, 67 digs, and 10 blocks on the win.

Leading the Red Fox attack was sophomore outside hitter Jaime Kenworthy (Aston, PA/Cardinal O'Hara) with 13 kills while sophomore libero Katie Lux (Wantagh, NY/Sacred Heart) led the defense with 18 digs. Freshman outside hitter Stefanie Miksch (Austin, TX/ James Bowie) earned her first double double with 10 kills and 17 digs. Sophomore setter Meghan Cochrane (Placentia, CA/El Dorado) also posted a double double with 36 assists and 10 digs. Cochrane and Miksch were also earned All-Tournament accolades.

Marist College will hit the court once again on Tuesday, September 23 when they host non-conference rival Hofstra in the McCann Center at 5:00pm.
