Stony Brook, NY - Marist College men's cross country team finished second at the Stony Brook Invitational. The Red Foxes placed two in the top 10 and three in the top 20 of the race.

Junior Geoff Decker (Delmar, NY/Bethlehem) finished 5th for Marist with a time of 16:38. Junior Ed Burns (Mastic Beach, NY/William Floyd) was next to cross the finish line in 10th place clocking a 16:49 while sophomore Justin Harris (Wappingers Falls, NY/John Jay) and freshman Mark Fernandez (Commack,NY/Commack) finished 11th and 12th respectively.

The Red Fox harriers will be in action once again on Saturday, September 13 at the Wagner invite.
