Jersey City, N.J. (AP) - Keydren Clark's game-high 19 points led three
double-figure scorers for St. Peter's as the Peacocks defeated Marist 71-57
Monday night.
St. Peter's (9-10, 4-6 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) also got 16
points from Corey Hinnant and 12 from Terrance Watkins in winning their third
straight game.
St. Peter's built a 26-point halftime lead, shooting 18-of-33 from the field
as Marist could convert on only 7-of-25 field goal attempts. Hinnant (13),
Clark (12) and Watkins (10) all hit double figures in the first half.
Marist (10-9, 7-3 MAAC) closed the gap to 12 points at 60-48 with 5:53
remaining but could get no closer.
Jared Jordan paced the Red Foxes with 15 points, and Will Whittington had
