BUFFALO, N.Y.-Kevin Buck collected four hits, including a triple and two homers, to go along with nine RBI as Marist (19-16, 14-3 MAAC) took both games of a doubleheader against Canisius College (8-27, 4-12 MAAC) Saturday afternoon at the Demske Sports Complex. The Red Foxes won the first game 16-9 and the second contest 12-2.
The homers were Buck's first two of the season, and he came into the game with just seven RBI. Marist pitcher Erik Supplee pitched a complete game in the second contest, allowing two runs and striking out 11. He took a perfect game into the fourth inning.

Marist jumped all over Canisius in the first inning of the first game, scoring eight runs with the help of three Griff errors. The Red Foxes led 13-2, when Canisius scored three runs in the fifth on back-to-back doubles by Matlow and Joe Roach.
The Griffs struck for four runs in the sixth as Gabe Baida drove in two with a single up the middle, and Mazurek plated Baida with a home run, his sixth of the season, which made the margin 13-9.
Marist answered in the top of the seventh, scoring two runs, and added another in the ninth for the final margin.
Supplee was too much for the Griffs in the second game as he gave up just five hits and walked two batters. Marist struck for six runs in the third and led 12-0 before Canisius got on the board in the fifth inning when Rosolowski scored R.J. Crawford with a single.
