BOSTON, Mass. - The Marist women's crew team opened its 2006-07 season at the Head of the Charles regatta on Oct. 22. The women competed in two races on the day, the Collegiate and Lightweight Women's Eights.

The Collegiate Women's Eight captured 36th place out of 57 boats in a time of 18:43, and the Lightweight Women's Eight finished 12th out of 14 with a time of 18:44.
