EDISON, N.J.-Marist's Jared Jordan (Hartford, Conn.) was named MAAC Co-Player of the Week Monday by the league office.

Jordan, a senior guard, garnered the Most Outstanding Player award of the inaugural Old Spice Classic this week with 20.7 points, 9.0 assists and 6.3 rebounds per game in leading the Red Foxes to wins over Minnesota and Western Michigan on ESPN2.

Jordan led the nation with 8.5 assists per game last season.

The Red Foxes are 4-2 this season and will face Old Dominion at home at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. The Monarchs defeated Marist 84-71 in Norfolk, Va. last season.
