EDISON, N.J. - Freshman Conor Shelley (Rockville Centre, N.Y.) has been named the MAAC Men's Co-Runner of the Week it was announced by the league office on Monday afternoon. Shelley shares the award with Loyola's Gian Caccia.

Shelley finished a career best seventh on Friday, as the Red Foxes competed at the Quinnipiac Invitational. Shelley's time of 26:45.2 paced Marist and helped the team to a third place finish with a point total of 88.

In three races this season, the Red Foxes have finished no worse then third and will be back on the course on September 29 at the Paul Short Invitational in Bethlehem, Pa.
