POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Marist Women's Tennis team improved to 9-1 overall and 6-0 in the MAAC with a 5-2 win over Siena on Senior Day at the Marist Tennis Pavilion. With the win Marist ran its regular season MAAC winning streak to 21 consecutive matches. Prior to the match, Marist's lone senior, Megan Gureck (Port Jefferson Station, N.Y.) was honored for her four years of dedication to the Women's Tennis program.
The squad will be back in action Thursday, April 12 when it hosts Hofstra. The match at the Marist Tennis Pavilion is scheduled to being at 6 p.m.
