WEST POINT, N.Y. - Junior David Raucci (Clermont, N.Y.) finished first overall at Friday's West Point Opener, the first race of the season for the Marist men's cross country team. Raucci completed the 6k course in a time of 19:57.20.

Nick Webster (Lathan, N.Y.) finished second among Marist runners with a time of 21:14.30, good for 13th place overall. Timothy Keegan (Huntington, N.Y.) finished 19th overall in 21:27.90.

The event was a non-scoring meet. Marist will return to action next Friday at the Boston University Invitational.
