NEWARK, Del. (AP) - Ryan Schneider scored a career-high 22 points to lead Marist in a 74-69 win against Delaware on Tuesday night.

Schneider also grabbed 19 rebounds, another career-best, notching a double-double in the Red Foxes' (4-8) win. R.J. Hall scored 12 points and Javon Parris added 10.

Jawan Carter scored 24 points to lead the Blue Hens (5-7) and Marc Egerson also tallied a double-double, scoring 21 and pulling down 14 rebounds. Alphonso Dawson added 10 points.

Marist outshot Delaware in the game, posting a 51.9 percent mark from the field (27 of 52) compared to 35.4 percent shooting for the Blue Hens (23 of 65).

The Red Foxes started the game on an 11-3 run and never trailed, building a 37-23 lead at halftime.

Delaware battled back in the second half, pulling within 55-54 with 6:28 to play. But Marist went on a 19-15 run to clinch the victory.
