POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - For the eighth consecutive year, the Marist Athletic Department, through the generous support of the Marist Red Fox Club, has raised money to complement its athletic budgets through a raffle, with the grand prize winner receiving a trip for two to Super Bowl XLIII in Tampa, Florida, on February 1, 2009. Marist student-athletes and coaches raised thousands of dollars through ticket sales over the raffle's four-month span. The drawing took place at half-time of the Marist vs. Saint Peter's men's basketball game on January 2, 2009. The grand prize winner of the raffle was Gayle Kreho of Shelton, Connecticut.

All Marist student-athletes and coaches would like to thank everyone who purchased a ticket and the Red Fox Club for their continued support to Marist College Athletics!

The Marist Athletics Department would like to extend a special thanks to Red Fox Club Super Bowl Committee Chairman, Mike Vitale, for all of his hard work and dedication to making this raffle a success each year!
