Marist Announces Streaming Schedule for Spring Sports

The Marist Athletics Department has announced its on-line streaming schedule for the 2014 spring sports season. Between Marist men's women's lacrosse, softball and water polo, a total of 27 games will be featured live on the Red Fox Network on GoRedFoxes.com.

The Red Fox Network provides Marist fans with the opportunity to watch and listen to live events, highlights, press conferences and other exclusive features for all of Marist's 23 athletic programs. Subscription packages for The Red Fox Network can be found here.

The men's lacrosse team will have will have six home games at Tenney Stadium featured on The Red Fox Network, starting with their home opener on Saturday, March 1 versus Marquette at 1 p.m. Marist was voted to finish second in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) in the Preseason Coaches' Poll.

The women's lacrosse team will have seven home games this season streamed over The Red Fox Network. The team's first two games on Feb. 17 and Feb. 23 were streamed, and the next contest to appear on the Red Fox Network will be Friday, March 21 vs. Stetson at Tenney Stadium at 7 p.m. The Red Foxes were voted to finish second in the MAAC according the Preseason Coaches' Poll.

The Marist softball team will have 12 games streamed on The Red Fox Network this season, courtesy of six doubleheaders. The first will be a doubleheader versus Manhattan on Sunday, April 6, starting at noon. The broadcast will be live from Softball Park at Gartland Field. Marist was picked to finish first in the MAAC in the MAAC Coaches' Preseason Poll as the Red Foxes will attempt to defend the MAAC regular-season crown.

The Marist water polo team will have two contests played on The Red Fox Network. Both will be held on Sunday, March 30, as Marist hosts Virginia Military Institute at 9 a.m. followed by a showdown with Wagner College at 4 p.m. Marist was selected to finish third in the MAAC Preseason Coaches' Poll.

3/30 – Water Polo vs. VMI – 9 a.m.

4/5 – Women's Lacrosse vs. Iona – 1 p.m.

4/6 – Softball vs. Manhattan – Noon (doubleheader)

4/9 – Women's Lacrosse vs. Niagara – 4 p.m.
