BOSTON, MA -- The Marist men's cross country team placed 16th (478 points) in the NCAA Northeast Regional Cross Country Championships at Franklin Park in Boston. MA on Friday, Nov. 13. The result was a four place, 92 point improvement for the Red Foxes over 2014.
Senior Johnny Lee led the way for Marist in the 10,000 meter race, with a 32:06.2 overall time, good enough for 68th place individually. Dietrich Mosel finished second on the team, 91st overall, with a 32:23.6 time, while Spencer Johnson finished third for the Red Foxes, and 104th overall, with a time of 32:37.6.
Marist still has one more race in the 2015 season, the IC4A Championships on Saturday, Nov. 21 in Bronx, NY.
