PRINCETON, New Jersey -- Senior captain
Dietrich Mosel posted a breakthrough, school-record performance, leading the Marist men's cross country team to a 16
th place finish out of 21 schools at the Princeton Invitational, held Saturday morning at West Windsor Fields.
Mosel placed 21
st overall in 24:37.6 for the 8,000-meter course – the fastest Marist time at this meet in school history, and among the top-5 fastest 8km times ever recorded in the more than 50-year history of Marist men's cross country.

Palmer Weimann (25:28.8), senior captain
Steven Rizzo (25:36.4) and sophomores
Christopher Rivas (25:39.9) and
Alexander Hogue (25:51.8) rounded out the scoring for the Red Foxes.
The Red Foxes return to action on Saturday, October 28, at the MAAC Championships, hosted by Monmouth at Holmdel Park in New Jersey.
