HAMDEN, Connecticut – The Marist men's basketball team suffered an 80-79 overtime loss at Quinnipiac in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference game on Wednesday night at TD Bank Sports Center.

- The Red Foxes trailed by six with 50 seconds remaining in regulation. But Parker was 9-for-10 from the free-throw line in the final 40 seconds, with his final two tying the score at 73 with 1.8 seconds to go. The game went to overtime, but not before Williams stole the inbounds pass and had his 75-foot heave hit the back of the rim as time expired.
- With the score tied at 78 and 12.5 seconds remaining in overtime, junior forward Isaiah Lamb split a pair of free throws. However, Quinnipiac's Cameron Young drained a pair of free throws to give the Bobcats a one-point lead. The Red Foxes were not able to score on their final possession.
