Box Score FLORHAM PARK, New Jersey – The Marist women's tennis team kicked off its spring schedule Sunday afternoon with a hard-fought match against the Big East's Seton Hall Pirates. The Red Foxes dropped their second dual match of the season 6-1 and now stand at 1-1 overall on the season.

The Pirates took control of the match early, winning all three doubles matches, 6-1, 6-2, 6-1 to take the doubles point. In singles play, the Pirates won from the first five singles spots to clinch the overall match.

Amy Galloway picked up the Red Foxes' lone point on the day in a straight set victory. Galloway took the first set 6-3 and then won the second set in a tiebreak, 7-6 (3) over Seton Hall's Anniek Jansen.
