POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist Women's Basketball will play host to the Manhattan Jaspers Saturday evening, looking to remain undefeated in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference play. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 P.M.
CYO NIGHT
Children wearing a CYO jersey will be admitted for free with the purchase of an adult ticket. The Marist women's basketball team will also sign autographs for all fans in attendance following the game. Tickets to Saturday night's game are still available on MaristTickets.com.

PREVIOUS OUTING
The Marist women's basketball team jumped all over the Monmouth Hawks, picking up a 69-46 victory in its MAAC home opener on Saturday night at McCann Arena. The Red Foxes' defense dominated the fourth quarter, as they held the Hawks to just five points, which was the lowest scoring total Marist has held an opponent to all season. Red-shirt sophomore

MANHATTAN HISTORY
Marist is 30-23 all-time versus Manhattan. Last season, the Red Foxes went 2-0 against the Jaspers including a 62-47 win on the road and a thrilling 81-76 home victory to close out last year's regular season. Sophomore
Maura Fitzpatrick led the Red Foxes in scoring, netting 26 points and grabbing four rebounds. Sophomore
Rebekah Hand dropped 22 points, including 12 in the first half, went 3-for-4 from three-point range and dished out eight assists in the contest.
SCOUTING THE JASPERS
Manhattan College currently sits at 5-9 overall and 2-1 in MAAC play. The Jaspers are coming off a Thursday morning home win over Canisius in which they held the Golden Griffins to less than 40 points. It's the second time this season the Jaspers have held an opponent to sub-40 scoring. Kayla Grimme leads the way for the Jaspers, scoring 14.9 points per game and rebounding the ball 7.3 times per. Amani Tatum is Manhattan's other scorer in double-figures, as she averages 12.2 points per game while shooting just under 45 percent from three.
