Women's Soccer Heads to Dartmouth for Non-Conference Finale

Red Foxes Take Break from MAAC Action

HANOVER, New Hampshire - Marist women's soccer will head into a non-conference competition tonight at Dartmouth. The Red Foxes are coming off of a 1-0 win at Manhattan on Saturday.
 
LAST TIME OUT
  • Red Foxes defeated Manhattan to move to 5-2-0 in the MAAC.
  • The Red Foxes and Jaspers would play to a scoreless first half. Marist would finish the first 45 minutes leading in shots 5-3 and corners 5-1.
  • Marist would finally cash in on its seventh corner of the game as Nicole Sasso headed the ball in off a kick from Alexa Svensson to give the Red Foxes a 1-0 lead.
  • Marist would hold on from there thwarting all three of the Jaspers' shot attempts on goal.
SCOUTING THE BIG GREEN
  • Dartmouth has an overall record of 7-4-2, coming off of a loss to conference foe Penn.
  • They are in third place in the Ivy League standings with a 2-1-1 record.
