Box Score WEST LONG BRANCH, New Jersey – Women's tennis started Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference play on the right foot, sweeping Monmouth 7-0.
 

SINGLES

• Julia Gabay won the first singles match with a 6-2, 6-0 win at the first position
• Sophia Chavarria picked up the next singles win with a 6-2, 6-2 score.
• Madison Price, Sophia Moeller, Chloe Lant and Jade Tijani all picked up singles wins, playing at the second, third, fourth and fifth spot respectively.

 

DOUBLES

• Playing in the first double set, the tandem of Julia Gabay and Sam Galu defeated Nicole Gasser and Maria Ivanova, 6-2.
• Second doubles team Sophie Moeller and Jade Tijani took care of business against Alexandra Graff and Caroline Mattise, winning 6-0.
• Chloe Lant and Sophia Chavarria picked a 6-1 set win against Sophia Fredrickson and Chinonye Gabriel.
