BUFFALO, New York - Men's cross country finished 21st out of 34 teams at NCAA Division I Northeast Regionals this afternoon. Competing in freezing conditions, the Red Foxes performed well against the top teams from multiple states.
"It was a banner day for our program in truly horrendous conditions. Gianna and our women proved once again that we are in the upper echelon of this very competitive region" remarked Coach Pete Colaizzo. "Our men, led by Kennedy, ran with great grit and moved through the field very well in the slop. It was a great day for the Running Red Foxes."
Â
The Red Foxes will close out the cross country season at the ECAC/IC4AÂ Cross Country Championships next week on November 17. Concluding that, the programs will begin the indoor track season in December.
