POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist Athletics Department released the football program's 2019 schedule on Tuesday.
 
The Red Foxes will play six home games at Tenney Stadium next season. For the first time in program history, Marist will take on multiple Ivy League foes in the same season, as both Cornell and Dartmouth will come to Poughkeepsie.
 
Here is a look at who the Red Foxes will face in 2019:
 

Saturday, Sept. 7 - at Georgetown

• 22^nd meeting between the teams – most of anyone on the 2019 schedule.
• Second straight season the Hoyas have been the Red Foxes' season opener.
• All-time series: Georgetown, 16-5.

Saturday, Sept. 14 - Stetson

• Seventh straight season the teams have faced each other.
• Red Foxes are 3-0 all-time against the Hatters at Tenney Stadium.
• All-time series: Marist, 4-2. 

Saturday, Sept. 21 - vs. Cornell

• Only previous Ivy League foe to play at Marist was Columbia in 2017.
• First meeting between the teams.

Saturday, Sept. 28 - Drake

• PFL opener.
• Last two meetings have been decided by a combined eight points.
• All-time series: Drake, 7-0.

Saturday, Oct. 5 - at San Diego

• First PFL road game.
• 13^th straight season the teams have met – most of anyone on the 2019 schedule.
• All-time series: San Diego, 14-0.

Saturday, Oct. 19 - Dartmouth

• Second Ivy League foe to visit Tenney Stadium in 2019.
• Big Green were ranked 18^th in the final regular season STATS FCS Poll of 2018.
• First meeting between the teams.

Saturday, Oct. 26 - at Davidson

• 12^th straight season the teams have played.
• Marist has won eight straight in the series.
• All-time series: Marist, 10-1.

Saturday, Nov. 2 - Butler

• Bulldogs' first game in Poughkeepsie since 2015.
• Road team has won three of four all-time.
• All-time series: Marist, 3-1.

Saturday, Nov. 9 - at Dayton

• Red Foxes defeated Flyers for the first time at Tenney Stadium in 2018.
• Teams have met every season since Marist joined the PFL in 2009.
• All-time series: Dayton, 8-2.

Saturday, Nov. 16 - Jacksonville

• Final regular season home game.
• Last six meetings have all been decided by seven points or less.
• All-time series: Jacksonville, 6-4.

Saturday, Nov. 23 - at Valparaiso

• Regular season finale.
• Ninth meeting between the teams in Marist's 11 PFL seasons.
• All-time series: Marist, 7-1.

The 2019 season will mark Marist's 11^th in the Pioneer Football League, and 55^th as a program. The Red Foxes finished the 2018 season at 5-6 overall and 5-3 in PFL play, which was tied for fourth place. Marist won a share of the PFL championship in 2013.
