POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – Marist returns home to face Northeastern at McCann Arena on Dec. 18. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. This is the first home game in eight games.

Marist fell to Princeton 60-57. The Tigers erased an 11-point Red Fox lead to earn the win.
Rebekah Hand scored 20 points and was a perfect 4 for 4 from the three and the free throw line.
Alana Gilmer finished with 13 points.

Northeastern is a perfect 9-0 on the season, coming off a 65-59 win against Providence on Dec. 15. They are one of 17 teams currently undefeated in the nation. The Huskies are led by Jess Genco who is averaging 17.4 points a game and leads the team in assists (29) and steals (16). Marist has already beaten two CAA opponents, previously beating Elon and Hostra.

Rebekah Hand ranks in the top 30 for two NCAA stats so far this season. The junior ranks fifth in free-throw percentage (.939) and 28
th in three point shooting (.475). Hand has not missed a free throw since playing Temple on Nov. 18. Last season, Hand finished third in the nation in free throw shooting.
