POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - The Marist women's soccer team fell to Army West Point 2-1 Wednesday evening at Tenney Stadium. After scoring the first goal, the Black Knights scored two unanswered goals to take the non-conference win. This loss dropped their record to 2-4-1.

SUMMARY

QUOTE

"I think that the end result of this game was pretty disappointing given how we came out in the onset of the game. I think we learned about some of the opportunities we cant give away in our defensive third, especially when playing such a quality opponent. Hopefully heading into the MAAC we can take away some of the strong pieces from our non-conference schedule and move forward." - Head coach Leigh Howard
