LEWISBERG, Pennsylvania – The Marist women's tennis team got back in the swing of things Friday at the Bison Invite hosted by Bucknell University. The Red Foxes competed in both singles and doubles, kicking off their fall 2018 campaign.
 

SINGLES

• In flight A singles Julia Gabay picked up a 7-5, 6-4 win over Bucknell's Mishi Papich. Gabay will take on Villanova's Claudia DeNucci on Saturday.
• Chloe Lant dropped her match to IUP's Laura Dunarova, 6-4, 6-3.
• In flight B singles Sophia Moeller won her match over Binghamton's Maria Pandya, 7-6, 6-4.
• Jada Tijani dropped her match against Villanova's Carina Burdick, 6-3, 6-2.
• In flight C singles Sam Galu won her match 6-3, 6-4 over Niagara's Ali Hutchinson.

DOUBLES

• In A doubles, Gabay and Galu fell to Binghamton's duo of Eisneberg and Dun, 6-4.
• Moeller and Tijani fell to Bucknells' Caroll and Markel, 7-6.
• Lant and Sophia Chavarria picked up a 6-1 win over Binghamton's Haykal and Furer.
