POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – This weekend the Red Foxes will be hitting the road for their next two competitions. Currently sitting at 3-1 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, the team will travel to Saint Peter's University Saturday, September 29^th and Rider University Sunday, September 30^th. Both matches are set for 1:00 pm.
 

LAST TIME OUT

In their prior match, the Red Foxes took their first MAAC loss 3-0 against top ranked Fairfield University. Nikki DeSerpa and Sarah Austin both had 13 kills with Austin landing nine of them in the third set.
 

SCOUTING SAINT PETER's

Saint Peter's currently sits at 3-15 and 1-4 in the MAAC. Last match for them ended in a 3-2 loss against the Niagara Purple Eagles. Alannis Alvarado has been one of the Peacock's best players, ranking in the top 10 in the MAAC in points and kills per set.
 

SCOUTING RIDER

Rider University is a game above .500 with a 6-5 record and 2-2 in the MAAC. The Broncos look to pick things after their loss versus Canisius which ended in a 3-0 sweep. Rider has played good defense so far this season, ranking second in the MAAC in opponent hitting and assist percentage. Anilee Sher leads the MAAC in service aces per set with .49.
