POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – Volleyball caps off non-conference play at the Delaware Volleyball Tournament on September 7 and 8. The Red Foxes will take on University of Delaware, Columbia and Grand Canyon University.

Marist played its home opener against Army on Tuesday, September 4, outlasting the Black Nights in a 3-2 match.
Chidera Udeh had a career game, finishing with a career high 14 kills and four blocks and had a hitting percentage of .722.
Megan Fergus had 14 kills and five blocks in the win.

SCOUTING THE COMPETITION
Host Delaware is 3-3 on the season and went 1-2 at the Panther Fest tournament. They picked up a win against Savannah State but fell to Florida International and Chicago State.

Columbia kicked off its season last weekend, going 1-2 at the Holy Cross Invitational. They swept Holy Cross for a win and dropped matches to Drake and University of Rhode Island.

GCU sits at 4-2 and most recently hosted the GCU Invitational. They picked up wins against Jacksonville State and Southern Utah but were swept by Boston College. Freshman Kaira Moss and Annabelle Kubinski were named to the All-Tournament Team.
