POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – Marist Women's Basketball flies down to the Sunshine State for the 2019 MAAC/ASUN Challenge at the ESPN Wide World of Sports at Walt Disney World Resort.
The Red Foxes face North Florida from the HP Fieldhouse on Friday, November 22, followed by Lipscomb on Saturday, November 23. Both games tip off at Noon.

- The Red Foxes overcame a 10-point, first quarter deficit to take out Elon 63-55 on Sunday, November 17 at McCann Arena.
- Rebekah Hand led Marist with 22 points, surpassing 1,500 career points and 500 career field goals.
- The Phoenix were limited to 34 percent shooting, including 20 percent from deep.
- The Ospreys sit at 3-2 on the season, with back-to-back wins over FIU and Alabama A&M.
- Their two losses have come against Wisconsin and No. 17/19 Miami.
- Jazz Bond's 13.2 points per game leads a team averaging 72.8 points. Janesha Green and Adrienne Jackson also average double figures.
- The Bison are 1-3 heading into their Friday tilt with Rider. The lone win came over Northern Kentucky.
- Dorie Harrison sports 11.8 points per game, while Jalyn Holcomb has 10.5 per contest.
- As a team, Lipscomb scores 62.8 points per game on 38.1 percent shooting.
- Marist is playing North Florida and Lipscomb for the first times in program history.
- These will be the first of five matchups where the Red Foxes play an opponent for the first time (Central Michigan, Green Bay, UT Arlington), with all five coming in the next six games.
- Marist went 2-0 in its first homestand, holding Elon and Albany under 40 percent from the field.
- Opponents have shot under 40 percent in the first three games. Dating back to last season, the Red Fox defense has prevented foes from reaching that mark in seven of their last eight contests.
- Marist is also forcing about 16 turnovers per game as well.
- The Red Foxes maintain the top Division I free-throw percentage in the nation at 87.3 percent.
- Marist's 47.6 shooting percentage ranks 29th in the NCAA.

- On Wednesday, the program officially announced the Class of 2020 recruits.

- Following the two games in the MAAC/ASUN Challenge, Marist makes its way to Mount Pleasant, MI for a November 30 date with Central Michigan at 1 p.m.
