CHARLSTON, South Carolina – Marist men's tennis fell to a strong College of Charleston team 6-1. With the loss, Marist sits at 3-7.
The men battled hard in doubles play.
Christopher Gladden and
John Oxner dropped a tough match to Thomas/Pocieji in the first doubles spot, 7-5.
Max Darrington and
Lars Schouten also came up just short of a doubles win, falling 6-4 to Henning/Wang.
Gladden picked up the lone win in singles, defeating Thomas 6-3, 6-3 in the second singles spot.
Marist wraps up its trip with a match against the Citadel at 3 pm.
