POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – Marist women's tennis returns home to face Providence College. The match will take place at Cross Court Tennis Facilities and begin at 11:45 AM. The match will serve as a final tune-up before the start of Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference play.

Marist fell to Cornell 7-0 dropping them to 4-9 on the season.

Amy Galloway came close to clinching a doubles point from the second doubles spot, but dropped their match 6-4.

The Friars are 2-11 on the season and are 0-5 away. They last played Stony Brook on March 15, falling 7-0. Providence took on MAAC foes Siena and Fairfield, dropping the matches 7-0 and 6-1 respectively.

Marist will start MAAC play with a match at Niagara on March 23.
