POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – Marist women's tennis will play its final regular season match at home on Tuesday, April 16 at 3:00 PM against Rider. Prior to the start of the match, Marist will honor its two seniors, Chloe Lant and Sophia Moeller.
 

LAST TIME OUT

Marist fell to defending MAAC champions Quinnipiac 6-1 Saturday April 6. The Red Foxes secured the doubles point to start the match but could not win any of the individual match-ups.
 

SCOUTING RIDER

The Broncos are 4-10 overall and 1-3 in conference play. They are coming off a 4-2 victory over Coppin State. Angelica Garcia and Cyd Melendez have paired up to be a formidable doubles opponent, posting an 11-4 record on the season.
 

POST SEASON IMPLICATIONS

With a win over Rider, Marist will secure its spot in the MAAC tournament. The tournament will take place from April 27-28 at the Mercer County Park Tennis Center in West Windsor, New Jersey.
