We would like to start off by saying thank you for all of your support! Your cheers and smiles are missed more than you know and we can't wait to see them again. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will be unable to host fans in attendance at sporting events for the rest of this calendar year. A decision pertaining to having fans in attendance for basketball in 2021 and during our spring sports schedule will come at a later date. However, there is one way you could find yourself into McCann Arena ... Fan cutouts!

Fan cutouts will be placed in the chair back seats behind the scorer's table. You could see your family, friends - or even yourself - on our broadcasts. This follows a model you have seen on television with professional sports franchises.

We are committed to providing high quality broadcasts under these unique circumstances, and these cutouts are part of that goal. Fan cutouts will be $75 and portions of the proceeds will go toward testing for our student-athletes.

• No commercial advertising, including company names, apparel brands, hashtags, social media handles, phone numbers, logos, slogans or other branding.
• Team-branded attire only. No third-party branding, including on apparel and in photo backgrounds. No attire or other branding of NCAA schools or sports teams.
• No political statements, logos, slogans or other political content.
• No offensive or negative comments about the institution or other NCAA schools or sports teams.
• No lewd, inappropriate or offensive photos.
• No arms raised in photos.
• No names, images, or likenesses of any NCAA players.
• One person per cutout photo is preferred.

 
This team reserves the right to reject any photo that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these guidelines or is otherwise offensive, lewd, derogatory, infringing, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate. The team will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any of these reasons.

"While we will certainly miss the energy and passion that fans bring to McCann Arena, and nothing can replace being there, we are excited to provide new ways to engage our supporters and make them part of game days even if they can't physically attend," Marist Director of Athletics Tim Murray said. "We have the most loyal fan base in the MAAC and we're hoping our Fan Cutouts will provide a wonderful opportunity for our student-athletes to connect with some of our most passionate fans even while not being present. We can't wait to see you in the stands and we know our student-athletes feel the same way."
