POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist men's basketball team (2-0) opens Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference play this weekend, when the Red Foxes travel to Buffalo to face Canisius (0-0). The Red Foxes and Golden Griffins will play at 7 p.m. both Friday and Saturday, with both games carried live on ESPN3.

- Marist opened its season with a home-and-home sweep against Binghamton last weekend to open the season.
- The Red Foxes prevailed on the road, 68-65 in overtime, on Dec. 5. Marist then won at home, 64-60, on Dec. 6.
