POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - Marist men's track & field has announced the signing of five recruits to the 2020-21 roster. These future Red Foxes come from New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts, and bring with them a wealth of experience at the state and national levels.

Ignacz led North Hunterdon multiple times during the cross country season, helping the Lions to victory at the Skyland Conference Championships, third at the State Group 4 Championship and 12th at Meet of Champions. He boasts personal bests of 2:05.49 in the 800m, 4:33.34 in the mile, 9:47.08 in the 3200m and 16:01.37 in the 5k.

Dinsmore contributed to Billerica's success in a number of events throughout his high school career, earning titles in relays such as the 4x200m reaching through the 1,000m. He has personal records of 52.80 in the 400m, 1:23.01 in the 600m, 1:58.80 in the 800m, 4:41.67 in the mile and 16:42.19 in the 5,000m.

Paxis has starred for Monsignor Farrell multiple times, and was named All-State Class A Honorable Mention in December 2019. He won a pair of Staten Island Championships in 2019 and picked up numerous medals elsewhere in his career, such as a fourth place finish at the NYCHSAA Sectional Championship in 2018. He brings in PR's of 1:57.77 in the 800m, 2:38.41 in the 1,000m, 4:24.43 in the 1,600m, 9:46.07 in the two-mile run and 15:57.20 in the 5,000m.

Kalikasingh has consistently been one of Commack's top competitors, having been part of the Suffolk County Championship 4x800m in February. He holds personal bests of 53.77 in the 400m, 2:01.09 in the 800m, 2:39.44 in the 1,000m, 4:41.15 in the 1,600m and 10:11.13 in the 3,200m.

Parsons was one of the chief contributors to Guilderland's success in recent years, highlighted by his 18th-place finish at the NYSPHSAA Cross Country Championships in 2019. He has PR's of 55.54 in the 400m, 2:01.50 in the 800m, 4:38.50 in the 1,600m, 10:19.10 in the 3,200m and 16:44.00 in the 5,000m.
