Marist Aims For First Win At West Point Since 2007

POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist women's soccer program resumes its rivalry with local foe Army West Point in a non-conference duel on Thursday, August 26th at 6 p.m..

  • Drysdale was the lone Black Knight to land a spot on the Preseason All-Patriot League Team. As a team, Army was predicted to finish fourth in the conference.

  • This will be the third consecutive full season that Marist and Army will square off against one another.
  • The Red Foxes are seeking their third road win against the Black Knights in the rivalry. The last one came in a 2-0 triumph back on August 31st, 2007.
  • Army is on a five-match win streak in the series.
  • In Marist and Army's last matchup on September 18th, 2019, the Black Knights notched a 1-0 decision. Kelchner made the first start of her career and collected 11 saves, while Victoria Colatosti had 80 percent of the team's shots.
