Proof of Vaccination, Masks Required for Spectators

POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist football team is set to open its season on Saturday against Columbia. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. at Robert K. Kraft Field at Lawrence A. Wien Stadium in New York City.
 
Columbia has announced spectator policies, which are in accordance with the University Task Force, city, and state health and safety guidelines. 
 
Policies
  • All spectators in attendance, 12 and older must show proof of vaccination to enter all Columbia Athletics venues.
  • Spectators aged 5-11 will not be required to be vaccinated, but must wear masks at all times. Spectators under the age of 5 are strongly encouraged to wear face coverings if able. 
  • Unvaccinated individuals will not be admitted to any Columbia University Athletics venue.
  • Spectators must wear a mask at all indoor and outdoor Columbia Athletics venues and facilities.
  • Entry for all events will be at the 1905 gate located west of the main gate (Gate B) on 218th St. and Park Terrace West.
  • Spectators must utilize the entry queues, prior to entering a bag check line.

  • Saturday's game will be broadcast live on ESPN+ and SNY. Lance Medow (play-by-play) and Josh Martin (analyst) will have the call.
  • A free audio stream will be available on the Red Fox Network at GoRedFoxes.com. Geoff Brault (play-by-play), Steve Eggink (analyst), and Ed Weir (sideline) will have the call, with the pre-game show starting at 12:45.
  • In-game Twitter updates will be available on Marist's football team account, @Marist_FBall.
 
Following Saturday's game, the Red Foxes will be back in action for its home opener against Bryant on Saturday, Sept. 25 at 6 p.m. The game will be part of Family Weekend at Marist.
