POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist football team plays its home opener on Saturday night against Bryant at Tenney Stadium. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.
It will be the program's first home night game since 2017, and the Red Foxes' first school-produced ESPN broadcast, as the contest will be carried live on ESPN3.
Here is some more information for fans to cheer on and follow the Red Foxes on Saturday night:
- Season tickets will be available for pickup at will call for Saturday night's game.
- The grandstand section is sold out. Berm tickets remain available at MaristTickets.com.
- Geoff Brault (play-by-play), Steve Eggink (analyst), and Ed Weir (sideline) will have the call on ESPN3. All of the Red Foxes' home games this season will appear on either ESPN3 or ESPN+. There will not be an audio broadcast.
- Game updates will be available on Twitter at @Marist_FBall.
- Live stats can be viewed at GoRedFoxes.com.
- Game programs will now be virtual.
- They can be accessed by scanning a QR code at Tenney Stadium, and can be viewed at the link above.
- Food trucks will be available pregame in the North end of the Sheahan Lot.
- A fireworks show will take place shortly after the game's conclusion.
- The Marist football coaching staff will be joining staffs across the country in participating in Coach To Cure MD Week.
- The goal of Coach To Cure MD Week is to raise awareness and funding for Duchenne muscular dystrophy while demonstrating coaches' commitment to the betterment of young men and the core academic research missions of their universities.
