LAWRENCEVILLE, New Jersey – The Marist men's basketball team fell at Rider by a score of 77-71 in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference game on Thursday night.

Summary

Isaiah Brickner scored four straight Marist points, and the Red Foxes led 7-5 at the 17:21 mark of the first half.
Rider answered with six straight points to take a four-point lead, but a Kam Farris three-pointer tied the game at the 13:03 mark.
The Broncs then scored six straight and led for the rest of the half.
A 5-0 Marist run, punctuated by a Jaden Daughtry three-pointer, brought the Red Foxes to within one at the 6:35 mark.
Rider led by as much as eight in the first 20 minutes and took a 42-36 lead to the locker room.
Rider expanded its lead to a game high of 10 with 11:19 left, but Marist countered with an 11-2 run over the next 5:09. Isaiah Brickner's floater brought the Red Foxes to within one at the 6:10 mark.
Noah Harris' three-pointer with 3:10 left tied the score at 66.
Rider's Dwight Murray Jr. scored the game's next five points. The Broncs went 4-for-4 from the free-throw line in the final 11 seconds as they outscored the Red Foxes 11-5 over the final three minutes.
