Women's Basketball Falls as Niagara Earns Split of Season Series

Red Foxes Defeated After Strong First Half From the Purple Eagles

NIAGARA UNIVERSITY, New York - The Marist women's basketball team drops final game of series against Niagara Thursday night. With a score fo 85-67, Marist falls to 6-15 overall and 4-9 in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference play. Niagara moves to 9-13 overall and 7-7 in conference play.

  • Marist and Niagara started the game strong with four lead changes. The Red Foxes would find their last lead of the half with 4:48 remaining in the first quarter.
