POUGHKEEPSIE, New York - The women's tennis team fell to Bucknell 5-0 Sunday afternoon in a match played at Sportsplex in New Windsor. Â

- The Bison's lost the first three single matches.
- In the fourth position, Lambert lost in two sets to Laurel Utterback, 6-0, 6-2.
- Zurreick was defeated in the third positon, 6-3, 6-0.
- In the final position of the match, Bucknell's Whitney King defeated Ciano, 6-1,6-1Â to secure the win in the dual-matchup.

"This was a great learning experience for the ladies," said Director of Tennis
Gary Sussman.  "We are very short on match experience, and playing quality opponents like Bucknell will only benefit us as we move towards MAAC play in March.  A special shoutout to sophomore
Jane Bockman, who played admirably at #1 singles in her first career start in that slot."
