POUGHKEEPSIE, New York- The Marist Women's Lacrosse team fell to the Vermont Catamounts with a final score of 16-5 on Wednesday Afternoon.

• Gabrielle Orlando had two back-to-back saves five minutes into the game.Ā 

• The Catamounts struck first at the 8:16 mark to open the game.Ā 

• Melissa Bucher scored for the Red Foxes with the clock at 2:43 to tie the game 1-1.Ā 

• To open the second quarter, Vermont scored at 13:48 (2-1), then once more at 11:15 to make it 3-1.

• The Red Foxes responded at 9:40 to make it 3-2 with another goal by Melissa Bucher.
