POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist women's rowing team are headed out to Rome, New York to compete against a select few schools. They will be rowing against Colgate University, Canisius College, D'Youville College, and Lehigh University. The event is an all-day thing that kicks off Saturday, April 16.
 

Last Time Out

• The Red Foxes traveled to Leonia, New Jersey to compete in the Overpeck Invitational.
• The Varsity 8 team consisted of Summer Starret, Lydia Giguere, Natalia Miklos, Emma Jauch, Kassie Nicholson, Gabby Insero, Lauren Muhr, and Ashley Surette. The team placed 3rd in the morning race with a time of 6:48.1, and finished in first place for their second race with a time of 7:29.3.
• The Second Varsity 8 team consisted of Catie Stiffler, Abigail Cieplinski, Avalon Johnson, Elizabeth Kelly, Mary Schone, Molly O'Donoghue, Caroline Voorhis, Genevieve Anderson, Francesca D'Ugo, and Hilary Anderson. The team finished 3rd in their first race with a time of 7:23.1, but finished 2nd in their second race, finishing with a time of 7:29.3.
• The Varsity 4 team consisted of Phoebe Castellano, Casey Hodge, Sophie Ledda, Jennifer Liguori and Rebecca Paul. The team finished 3rd in both of their races, finishing with a 8:10.8 in race one, and a 8:15.9 in race two.
• The Second Varsity 4 Team consisted of Emma Spiro, Jessica Zygmunt, Victoria Hamilton, Alexandra Gibeault and Emily Liguori. The team fell to UMass in the first race, but had 3 seconds on them in the second race.
