POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – Marist women's soccer continues non-conference play against Binghamton on a Thursday, August 25. Kick-off at Tenney Stadium is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Last Time Out

• The Red Foxes were defeated in a non-conference matchup against the Drexel Dragons, 2-0 on August 21. 
• The Red Foxes outshot the Dragons in the second half 7-4. For the game, Drexel outshot Marist 10-9. 
• Natalie Kelchner recorded four saves. 
• The Red Foxes had three shots on goal and the Dragons had six shots on goal. 

Scouting Binghamton

• The Red Foxes and Bearcats have met a total of three times in the last 10 years, the overall record is 1-1-1. 
• Binghamton is currently 1-1 for the season. 
• The Bearcats are currently coming off a win against Temple by a score of 2-0. 
• To open the season, Binghamton lost against the University at Buffalo by a score of 4-1.
• All three of the Bearcats goals were score by three different players, Maya Anand, Peyton Gilmore and Olivia McKnight. 

 

Scouting Cornell

• In the last 20 years, Marist and Cornell have only played a total of four times. Their last meeting was in 2014 where Cornell defeated Marist 1-0. 
• Cornell will play its first game on Friday, August 26 against Canisius.
