POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist football team (1-2 overall, 1-0 Pioneer Football League) will host St. Thomas (2-1, 0-0) on Saturday at Tenney Stadium as part of Family Weekend. Kickoff is set for noon.

- Marist earned a 30-25 win at Drake to open PFL play on Sept. 24.
- Brock Bagozzi had a passing touchdown, rushing touchdown, and receiving touchdown.
- Amin Woods scored the game-winning touchdown on a six-yard run with 43 seconds left.
- Brock Bagozzi was named PFL Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 25.
- Bagozzi threw, ran, and caught a touchdown in Marist's 30-25 win at Drake.
- He accounted for 273 total yards (257 passing, 12 rushing, 4 receiving) and directed a game-winning drive, as Amin Woods scored a touchdown with 43 seconds remaining.
- Bagozzi became the first Red Fox to earn a PFL weekly award this season, and the first Red Fox to be named PFL Offensive Player of the Week since Anthony Olivencia on Sept. 15, 2019.
- Bagozzi became the first Marist quarterback to catch a pass since Mike White against Dayton on Nov. 4, 2017.
- White was also the last Red Fox to record touchdowns passing, rushing, and receiving in a game, which came against Dayton on Nov. 12, 2016.
- Bagozzi is the only FCS player to record touchdowns this season passing, rushing, and receiving - in total and in a single game (per Jeff Williams, NCAA).
- Graduate linebacker Mike Arrington was named a national semifinalist for the prestigious Campbell Trophy on Wednesday.
- Arrington, who is in his second year as a captain, is one of 156 at all levels of college football up for the award.
- The Tommies were picked third in the PFL Preseason Poll and are playing their league opener.
- St. Thomas went 2-1 in non-league play, and is coming off a 43-6 win over Lincoln this past Saturday.
- St. Thomas was 6-2 in PFL play in its first season in the league in 2021. Head coach Glenn Caruso is in his 15th season at the helm of the program.
- Marist faced St. Thomas for the first time last season, as the Tommies prevailed 27-7 at home on Oct. 30
- In its second year in the PFL, this is St. Thomas' first trip to Poughkeepsie.
Marist will head back to the road to face Stetson in a PFL contest on Saturday, Oct. 8 at 1 p.m.
