History

HAMDEN, Connecticut – The Marist men's basketball team fell at Quinnipiac, 72-66, in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference game on Tuesday.

Summary

Marist scored the game's first six points and held Quinnipiac scoreless for the first 2:33.
A 7-0 run gave Marist its largest lead of the first half at 34-20 with 5:38 left in the first half.
Quinnipiac went on a 10-0 run late in the first half, but a basket in the waning seconds by Rollin Belton enabled Marist to take a 40-36 lead to the locker room.
Matt Balanc scored the first five points of the second half as Quinnipiac took its first lead of the game 57 seconds into the second half.
