POUGHKEEPSIE, New York- The Marist women's soccer team fell on senior day to Canisius 2-0, Saturday afternoon. The Red Foxes tallied nine shots in the match and Maddy Catalanotti recorded seven saves.

• "It was a great senior day turnout, I am happy the weather held off and it was a good day. It is an unfortunate result, I thought we got a bit unlucky in some regard. We of course knew we need the win, so we did whatever we could to throw more numbers forward but gave up the second goal. I think this team grew in a lot of ways both on and off the field through the year. As they say, it takes time to rebuild so we put some things in place and look forward to moving on from here!"
